Spinlates: Get in shape fast! 1/2 hour of group cycling and 1/2 hour of Pilates! In this class you will burn fat and calories as well as build core strength and overall muscle tone. A great class for those who like to work at a higher level for greater results.
Springboard Mat Pilates: Traditional Mat Pilates exercises utilizing a springboard to enhance the overall experience. The springboard provides feedback that can help participants to perform the exercises as well as provide resistance for greater results.
All Out Power Mat: Mat Pilates in its truest form. Traditional mat Pilates exercises performed in a particular order based on Joseph Pilates original work.
Power Reformer: This is a progressive, integrative system designed to build a base of support to be built upon through a systematic and integrative approach. All levels can participate in classes as this is a mixed level class experience.
Gyrotonic® Cobra: This class will utilize the Gyrotonic® Cobra to provide a fast paced workout that will stimulate the heart, muscles, mind and circulatory system. Participants must be proficient in the Gyrotonic® system and be released to go to this class.
Virtual Cycle: Indoor cycling enhanced with a large projector screen and music. Participants will ride through scenic terrain to enhance their cycling experience.
Boot Camp: This intense class will be taught in a circuit/interval format and will include a variety of exercise module's to help burn body fat as well as strengthen and tone all of the muscle groups. You will be amazed at the great workout you can receive focusing on quality of movement and good form!
